Welcome to our weekly WildStar Addon Spotlight! This week we've got the spotlight on Nexus Panel, an addon created by _M3mph_ that gives you all the extra info you didn't even know you wanted in a highly configurable slim panel.
Some folks like to have certain information available at all times. Usually it's stuff like your gold, your coordinates on the map, or how many bag slots you have left. As you can see in the images below, Nexus Panel consists of a bar very similar to the World of Warcraft addon Titan Panel and gives you all the extra info you need at a quick glance.
Typing /np config opens up the options window as seen above. All the modules within the bar can be moved around in any order as well as being toggled on or off. Looking at the image below, you can configure the bar itself to have borders, be transparent, or only show the info text and icons. The only thing I think it's really missing is a way to configure the height of the bar, as I would prefer it to be a little thinner.
There's also some more, kinda hidden options not found in the options window. As you can see below, if you hover the mouse over the little tab in the top right corner of each panel, you can cycle between the different views for each one. Also, there's way more info you can get from each panel by just hovering your mouse over it, like finding what subzone you're in or which piece of gear is the most broken of them all.
Locate your Addons folder. (C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCSOFT\WildStar\Addons)
Place the NexusPanel folder found in the .zip file into your Addons folder.
Overall, there's a lot of information being presented to you in a highly configurable, slim set of panels. I highly recommend it if you are a fan of Titan Panel for World of Warcraft or anyone for that matter. It's a great addon that doesn't take up much memory and the info you can get from it almost becomes a necessity after a while.
