The client has been on API v9 for several days, but uploading a file with only API v9 selected will mark the file as client incompatible.
I'm not seeing that. In fact, your latest file is client-compatible...
EDIT: Missed the fact that you said API 8 must be there.
That doesn't make any sense, TBH. I'll have to investigate on Monday.
