Every time the mouse lock is activated, it makes my character dash. It's quite ridiculous. lol
Any thoughts?
If you're using z22e, then it presses vkeys 0xF1 and 0xF2 when it re-centers the reticle, so if you've got odd binds then you'll need to sort that out.
If you weren't using z22e, it pressed F7 and F8. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you.
mouse binds work only in game, in other game and windows all ok. mouse binds work without any installed addons (i delete Wildstar folder with all addons and settings). Repair the client does not help to =(

Ok, so, I am missing the problem then.
What you are saying is what is supposed to happen.
The script is only supposed to change the binds in game, and when mouselock is active.
If you install Lockdown and then run the script, when Lockdown is active (reticule/crosshair on), only then binds should work.
You need both. Well, you at least need the script, the script can work with any mouselock mod (sort of). But the mouse has to be locked either way. Remember that some of the other mouselock mods ALSO change the keybinds, so those parts would conflict.
i fix it. its YACM falt xD i dont know how, but it broke game - all my mouse click, exept menu, windows and buttons, triggers binds. Ill instal addon again and turn off binds - all work now =) Its strange, coz i removed all "Roaming\NCSOFT\WildStar" folder.

sry for bothering =)
Well, that's good.
Don't blame YACM too hard though, he's just trying to work within the parameters that WildStar provides. Otherwise it seems like a perfectly serviceable mod. There's a reason I chose to use a script for the keys.
There is some sort of weird bug happening. If I have turned mouse mode back on it occasionally centres again. That is I'll be trying to click on something in my inventory when the mouse moves back to the centre of screen.

If you're using both the latest addon and script (make sure you reload the script after you updated), this shouldn't be happening, but I'll be doing ongoing improvements to it.
I'm sorry, I can't reproduce it. I know it's annoying, but the only suggestion I have is to delete Lockdown, exit the script, then install it manually. (Just unzip the folder into the addon folder yourself), and run the script again. :\
Let me say that this addon is incredible. Completely changed my gaming experience. Thank you, Xuerian!
I have one issue, very minor, but I wanted to get your take on it. I am running an addon called KillingBlow which gives a visual indicator when you get a KB on an enemy player. However, when this happens, it pops me out of lockdown mode and I have to hit the ` to get back in it. Is there any solution to this other than disabling the addon?

Yeah, you can tell the KB author not to make his window not escapable, or to make it close on external click.
Or I can add a exception for it in the next version. Probably the most practical thing, but I don't get the way some of these authors are setting up their windows.
That would be fantastic if you could make an exception!
Also, I'm sure you've heard this feedback before, but just in case: For those of us who play 3rd person zoomed all the way out, it would be nice to be able to adjust the reticle even higher on the vertical axis (which is negative for some reason in the addon.) Us Chua are very short so it would be a big help.
Finally, really looking forward to the recticle offset targeting! That's going to be great.

I haven't heard the request for a bigger vertical range, no. Negative is up in screen coordinates, is why it's that way.

I can raise the limit more.
Thanks for the quick responses. I can't thank you enough for this addon. It's made the game much, much more enjoyable for me.
Amazing addon! With the addition of the Middle Mouse Button binding, im having a hell of a time editing the script/lockdown settings to keep MButton as AutoRun. It seems to work fine when Lockdown isnt toggled, but when it is, its very gimmicky and unreliable. Is there anyway around this? Even when I remove *Mbutton:: (insert script here) return" its still giving me trouble.THANKS! And thanks again for your work with this amazing addon!
Edit>> Also, good call with the forum as comment section. :) Might cut down on the repeated questions, and easy for people to find some answers!

z22c works normally, so I guess I will just use that one from now on. Thanks for the help.
I incorrectly said, binds work only in game without any addons =) deleting folder with settings not work =(
ps
i see only 1 error - when i trying reinstal locdown with running script.
What key are you using for sprint? What language keyboard are you using?
"Binds only work in game, without any addons", what?
Error when installing script while script still running: Well yes. Exit the script first.
I can tell english is not your first langauge, and that's fine! Just keep trying and we'll understand eventually.
yes, not first)

i dont blame =) any way its my falt and some bug)
YACM have only 1 big lack for me - first press ESC turn off mouslock, second - reset target. I want the opposite ) So i use lockdown now)

I've updated via the curse client. I'll make sure that I'm running the right script and get back to you.
Happens in about 15 seconds.
