I REALLY need help. Cannot get RMB and LMB to work. On the Lockdown interface I have (defaults) RMB bound to - and LMB bound to =. I went into the standard keybind menu and binded - to skill 1 and = to skill 2, so I should be able to click now to activate them, but I can't. PLEASE help. If this doesn't work then it defeats the purpose of me downloading this addon and possibly the purpose of me playing WildStar at all anymore...

If you're on the PTS, you don't need it.

OK, camera works but is it possible to bind skills on LMB and RMB like we did with your addon?
Yes, under controls there is a "Mouse Look" column. There are also extra keybinds for mouse look there - I really wish they had polished the feature up more, but the core functionality is there.
The built-in autolocking camera is far from perfect.
The thing I ate the most is the fact that you cannot freely lock/unlock your camera when you have any escapable window opened (eg. inventory, player stats panel, master loot, etc.).
It's extremely annoying cause you can't play just like you're used to if, for some reasons, you also have to keep another window opened.
I was trying to figure out how they renamed the SetMouseLock API for a quick bandaid but had no luck and I had to run at work.

Yeah. Not sure what to do about it. I think I remember reading somewhere that it's in cvars now, so we'll have to use those to change it?
but they aren't documented by the patch notes. So it seems like we need to hook each and every single opening/opened window in order to lock/unlock the camera at will.
Sounds a bit awkward but still doable... hopefully.

Good thing I have practice doing that in Lockdown, I guess.
What I really don't understand is why they didn't just add a flag to windows and set it appropriately. The engine is already handling most of it, seemingly. Why put more work on UI and force authors to handle it separately?

Hi! First of all, thanks for addon, it was a great help.
Are you planning to update it for Drop 6?
I'm aware of in-game option for mouse lock, but i find it poorly designed without option to manually toggle lock in oppose to lockdown.
Glad you got some use out of it.
Probably will update it.
Cannot wait for the update. After playing the game with your addon there is no going back to default Wildstar controls.
Thank you for continually developing this great addon for over a year now.
You can enable the control part of Lockdown in-game already, under Automatic Camera Control or something.
Then there's a third column of keybinds binds that override the rest in that mode.
The targeting and smarter UI detection, that they'll have to work on/I'll have to work on.
I will try that now, thanks for reply.
OK, camera works but is it possible to bind skills on LMB and RMB like we did with your addon?
Yes, under controls there is a "Mouse Look" column. There are also extra keybinds for mouse look there - I really wish they had polished the feature up more, but the core functionality is there.

Yeah. Not sure what to do about it. I think I remember reading somewhere that it's in cvars now, so we'll have to use those to change it?
By the looks of it we now only have these new functions:

and Narthorn is referring to the vars:

And they changed unit classification somehow too.
This is going to be pleasant.
In Lockdown settings, there are no controls to bind mouse buttons.
